Sebastian Heinke is a lawyer at dhpg and specializes in advising medium-sized companies and their shareholders on corporate and tax law matters. His particular focus is on advising companies on restructuring and national and international M&A transactions.
Sebastian Heinke studied law at the University of Auvergne Clermont-Ferrand and the University of Bonn. During his legal clerkship, he worked for the Scientific Services of the German Bundestag in Berlin. He also completed master's degrees in business and tax law at the Ruhr University Bochum and in M&A at the University of Münster.
From 2015 to 2018, Sebastian Heinke worked as a research assistant for dhpg in the field of insolvency administration and restructuring advice. After being admitted to the bar, he worked for an international commercial law firm for several years. As part of his previous position, he was interim head of the legal department of a company with over 5,000 employees. He has been working for dhpg again since 2023.
