dhpg starts the new year with 11 new partners

 

 

Bonn, 18th January 2023 – The auditing and consulting firm dhpg is appointing eleven new partners at the start of the year. "We are very pleased about the competent expansion of our group of partners, which will strengthen our competitive position across all disciplines," said Prof. Dr. Andreas Blum, Managing Partner of dhpg. Marko Müller, also Managing Partner, added: "For the organization, we are pleased to be able to appoint some long-standing colleagues who once again demonstrate the good development prospects at dhpg." In addition, four more Partners will receive the status of Senior Partner and will complete the group of shareholders from now on.

The new Senior Partners are: Benjamin Drath, Sascha Erger, Marco Halfmann and Dr. Christian Lenz. 

Their profiles in alphabetical order:  

  • StB Benjamin Drath has been advising not only traditional medium-sized businesses but also non-profit institutions and care organizations on their tax issues for more than 20 years. 
  • Auditing annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with national and international accounting standards is the profession of WP StB Sascha Erger, who started his career with the Big4 and joined dhpg in 2012.
  • Auditing medium-sized clients, accounting under commercial law and the development of internal control systems are among the focal points of WP StB Marco Halfmann, who also started his career at the Big4.
  • With the appointment of RA Dr. Christian Lenz as Senior Partner, dhpg honors the successful development of the business areas data protection and IT law.

The new partners include: Birgit Bösinghaus, Ramona Fleck, Alexandra Hecht, Johannes Laser, Sarah Müngersdorff, Dr. Tobias Quill, Daniela Radermacher, Claudia Schröck, Martin Schubert, Nadine Sinderhauf and Alexander Zimmer. The profiles of the new partners in alphabetical order: 

  • StBin Birgit Bösinghaus is a specialist consultant for corporate restructuring and continues this expertise at partner level. In addition, she has a wide range of experience in providing tax advice to the public sector. 
  • StBin Ramona Fleck specializes in advising online trade and e-commerce. She provides comprehensive support to medium-sized companies and advises them on all income and sales tax issues as well as balance sheet tax law. 
  • Alexandra Hecht, attorney at law (FAArbR), is an experienced labor lawyer who strengthens the circle of partners. She has been with dhpg for ten years and advises clients from a wide range of industries on questions of individual and collective employment law. 
  • StB Johannes Laser has already been appointed partner as of 1.7.2022. At the Berlin office, he is responsible for the classic tax compliance issues of clients. 
  • Sarah Müngersdorff, StB, will contribute her expertise in Global Mobility Services. She will continue to expand the business area and thus respond to the increasing demand for advice from companies in this area. 
  • Dr. Tobias Quill focuses on company valuations, the preparation and auditing of planning accounts and financial due diligence. 
  • With StBin Daniela Radermacher an all-rounder completes the partner circle. Her focus is on the classic tax consulting business of medium-sized companies, also in the context of cross-border issues. 
  • StBin Claudia Schröck advises entrepreneurs in the classic compliance fields, but also in corporate succession and in inheritance and gift tax issues. 
  • StB Martin Schubert advises medium-sized companies on tax structuring and business management issues. 
  • International tax law, in particular advice on transfer pricing, is the area of expertise of Nadine Sinderhauf. She advises medium-sized businesses and corporate groups on all cross-border tax issues. 
  • RA Alexander Zimmer, a specialist in insolvency law and certified restructuring and reorganization expert, completes the circle of partners.

The audit and consulting firm dhpg, headquartered in Bonn, now has a total of 75 partners. At the beginning of the year, dhpg not only appointed new Partners and Senior Partners. Rather, the company has also completed a generational change in management. Prof. Dr. Norbert Neu, the long-standing spokesman for the overall management, has passed on the baton to Prof. Dr. Andreas Blum and Marko Müller, who will now lead the company as Managing Partners. Dirk Obermüller and Klaus Altendorf move to the Shareholders' Committee.
