Johannes Laser is a tax consultant at dhpg. The focus of his work lies in the classic compliance of preparing annual financial statements and tax declarations for medium-sized companies, especially partnerships and corporations. Tax structuring advice for these companies is also part of his tasks, as is support in asset and company succession.
As an advisor in Berlin, he has a special focus on providing tax advice to associations, gGmbHs, foundations and professional associations as well as commercial enterprises of public corporations.
After completing his studies in business administration at the University of Potsdam, he was appointed as a tax advisor in 2013. Johannes Laser joined dhpg in 2020 and has been a partner since 2022.
