Nexia: Two times honored at the Digital Accountancy Awards 2021

Nexia is Network of the Year

Nexia International, the network of independent accounting and consulting firms of which dhpg is a member, was named Network of the Year at the Digital Accountancy Awards 2021.

The Digital Accountancy Awards have been running for ten years, attracting leading accountancy firms, regulators and industry associations, consultancies and advisors, law firms and technology providers to London each year.

Nexia has seen tremendous growth in recent years, moving up one place in the global rankings from the previous year, making it now the eighth largest global accounting network by revenue. In 2020, revenue was $4.5 billion - a 5% increase over 2019.

CEO Kevin Arnold recognized for lifetime achievement

Kevin Arnold’s role in the success of the network has been critical, so that his dedication to the network was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the same ceremony. His leadership, strategic vision and mantra of "member first" have seen Nexia rise from 12th to 8th in the global rankings in the space of ten years. Under Kevin Arnold's leadership, Nexia has grown significantly and even doubled its revenue. He himself expressed his gratitude and confidence that the network is in good hands with the new CEO Tim Wilson.

The judges were particularly impressed by the implementation of the network's 5-year strategy, which includes an increased focus on the launch of the global branding platform and improved collaboration among member companies to attract, retain and service transnational customers.
