Ulrich Trautmann is a tax consultant at dhpg. His main focus is on providing tax advice to the public sector, including in particular commercial enterprises, legal entities under public law and municipal investment companies. The focus here is on income tax issues, e.g., in connection with the fiscal cross-association as well as the fiscal divisional accounting for municipal companies. In addition, he deals with VAT issues and the implementation of tax compliance management systems for public companies. A further field of activity is tax consulting for non-profit corporations as well as accounting for local authorities and foundations.
After graduating in business administration from Cologne University of Applied Sciences, Ulrich Trautmann began his professional career at a Big Four company before joining dhpg in 2010. He also works as a consultant on tax law, primarily on value-added tax for companies and public sector entities. He has been a partner since 2021.
