Nina Sparmann is a lawyer at dhpg. She specializes in advising medium-sized companies, international groups and family businesses on tax, corporate and valuation law issues. She also supports clients in the area of asset and company succession as well as tax structuring.
Nina Sparmann studied law at the Free University of Berlin, specializing in corporate and accounting tax law. She completed her Master of Law in “European and International Tax Law” at the University of Lund in Sweden. During her legal clerkship, she worked in international commercial law firms, in particular in the areas of M&A and restructuring advice. After a subsequent position at a Big4 company in the field of international tax law, she joined dhpg in 2024.
