Markus Feinendegen is a lawyer at dhpg. As a specialist in intellectual property law, he is primarily responsible for the areas of trademark and competition law. As a specialist in tax law, he also specializes in defending clients in criminal tax proceedings.
In addition to his work for dhpg, he is the author of numerous articles on the above-mentioned topics. He is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR).
After training as a banker and subsequently working in this profession, Markus Feinendegen studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelm University in Bonn. Before joining dhpg in 2003, he was employed at EuroRatings, a European rating agency of Deutsche Ausgleichsbank. He has been a partner since 2018.
