Michael Huth appointed partner at dhpg

Bonn, 14 February 2022 - dhpg appointed Michael Huth, lawyer and specialist lawyer for labour law, as a new partner at the beginning of the year. With this move, the medium-scale consultancy, which focuses on auditing, tax and legal advice as well as insolvency administration and restructuring advice, is further expanding its legal division at the partner level and thus remaining true to its strategic guidance of providing comprehensive advice and counsel to nationally and internationally operating small- and medium-scale business enterprises.

Michael Huth is in charge of the specialist management of individual and collective labour law at dhpg. In addition, he advises dhpg clients on all employment law issues relating to the secondment and posting of employees abroad. After studying law at Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn and completing his legal traineeship in Koblenz and Kiel, Michael Huth worked for Ebner Stolz in Hamburg for more than ten years. He then moved to the reputed Bonn law firm Pauly & Partner, specialised in employment law, before joining dhpg in 2019. In addition to his work as a lawyer, Michael Huth works as a lecturer in labour law at the North Rhine-Westphalia University of Applied Sciences for Police and Public Administration.
