Michael Huth is a lawyer at dhpg. As a specialist in employment law, he primarily advises medium-sized companies on all issues of individual and collective employment law and, if necessary, represents their interests before the courts.
His practice also includes service contract and commercial agency law as well as social security law, in particular with regard to cross-border employee assignments. Michael Huth is an experienced litigator, also for civil and commercial disputes.
In addition to his work as an attorney, Michael Huth is a lecturer in labor law at the North Rhine-Westphalia University of Police and Public Administration and a sought-after speaker on labor law topics. He is the author of numerous publications on labor and social security law.
After studying law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn and completing his legal clerkship in Koblenz and Kiel, Michael Huth worked for a major medium-sized auditing and consulting firm in Hamburg for over ten years. He then moved to a renowned Bonn law firm specializing in employment law before joining dhpg in 2019. He has been a senior partner since 2024.
