Under one roof in future: dhpg and six RSM branches join forces

• New organisation to operate under the name dhpg as of 1.10.2023
• Largest auditing and consulting company for owner-managed midsized enterprises in Germany
• Growth of over 100 million euros targeted

Bonn/Krefeld/Stuttgart, 23.08 2023 – The midsized business-oriented dhpg and six of the branch offices belonging to the RSM network until the end of September have decided to merge their companies. Thus, dhpg's locations will be supplemented by the branches in Krefeld, Stuttgart, the metropolitan region of northern Bavaria (Bamberg/Nuremberg/Ebern) and Landshut. This will create the largest auditing and consulting company for owner-managed midsized businesses in Germany with a turnover of 84.5 million euros (2022) and more than 800 employees as of 1 October 2023. The company will operate under the brand dhpg with headquarters in Bonn.

Merger sets the course for further growth

The merger of the business divisions offers the opportunity to complement each other and to jointly expand important service and target segments, e.g. in services for the public sector. With an almost nationwide coverage of locations, the company meets the requirements of medium-sized clients for personal advice on site. The company plans to grow further and exceed the turnover limit of 100 million euros.

As in the past, dhpg values a medium-sized character with flat hierarchies and well-coordinated teams, very close to the responsible partner. All locations and jobs will be retained. In addition, the new organisation and the associated size offer employees and applicants attractive development prospects through interesting tasks in the national and international context as well as in the development of digital products

International cooperation with CLA Global

dhpg currently operates eleven offices in North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate and Berlin. Next year, dhpg will celebrate its 75th anniversary at its headquarters in Bonn. The new locations can also look back on a long tradition, including almost 100 years in Krefeld.
