Tim Löhrer is a lawyer at dhpg. As a specialist lawyer for tax law, he is primarily responsible for the areas of corporate and tax law and advises medium-sized companies in particular on restructurings as well as in the areas of M&A, corporate succession and corporate and tax litigation.
Tim Löhrer also has particular expertise in inheritance law advice and litigation. In addition to his work for dhpg, he is the author of numerous specialist publications and a regular speaker at specialist seminars.
Tim Löhrer studied law in Trier and Singapore. In 2008, he already joined dhpg, to which he returned in 2019 after working for several years at a Cologne law firm. He has been partner since 2024.
