Gereon Gemeinhardt is a lawyer and tax consultant at dhpg. His professional focus as a specialist lawyer for inheritance law is on asset and succession planning for medium-sized companies, farmers and foresters, and private individuals, as well as on national and international inheritance and inheritance tax law and the drafting and execution of wills.
In addition to succession planning, he advises companies in matters of corporate and social security law as well as agricultural and forestry companies in the area of agricultural law. Gereon Gemeinhardt has particular expertise in European inheritance law. Gereon Gemeinhardt is the author of numerous publications on the above-mentioned topics. He is a member of the Inheritance Law Working Group of the German Bar Association.
Gereon Gemeinhardt studied law at the Universities of Bonn and Lausanne and completed a master's degree at the University of St. Gallen. He has worked for dhpg since 2001 and has been a senior partner since 2012.
