Franziska Spallek is a manager at dhpg. She specializes in sustainability consulting for medium-sized, commercial companies. Her current focus is on supporting the implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). This includes supporting stakeholder engagement, carrying out the double materiality analysis, preparing the CO2 balance sheet and setting up processes for recording sustainability information. 

In addition to her professional activities at dhpg, she is a lecturer at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg. 

Franziska Spallek completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Bremen, a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting and Taxation at the Free University of Berlin and then a doctorate in Sustainability Accounting and Management Control at the Technical University of Berlin. She has been working at dhpg in Bremen since July 2024.
