Benedikt Radine is a lawyer at dhpg. He advises medium-sized companies and their shareholders on tax, commercial and corporate law issues. One focus of his work is providing support in contentious disputes. He also represents his clients' interests in court proceedings and before the authorities. Benedikt Radine is also the contact person for all questions relating to the transparency register. 

Benedikt Radine studied law at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster. He also completed additional studies in French law and French legal language there. After his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Hamm, Benedikt Radine worked as a lawyer for a medium-sized law firm and for a cooperative auditing association. Since 2024, he has also been a lecturer at the University of Hagen in the field of commercial and corporate law. He joined dhpg in 2021.
