David Niebuhr is an lawyer at dhpg. His practice focuses on advising entrepreneurs and private individuals on all matters related to asset and business succession. He assists clients in drafting legally sound contracts and provides comprehensive advice on inheritance law and corporate law. In particular, he supports small and medium-sized enterprises and family-run businesses with structural and strategic issues surrounding succession planning.
David Niebuhr studied law at the University of Bremen. During this time, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Public and Administrative Law. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Oldenburg, with placements at the Office of the Senator for Economic Affairs, a national law firm, and an international corporate law firm. He was admitted to the bar in 2025. He has been working at dhpg in Bremen since 2025.
