Vera Clemens is a tax consultant at dhpg. She assists medium-sized and family-run companies with the preparation and auditing of annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and IFRS. She also supports clients with their tax returns.

After completing her master's degree in business administration at the Philipps University of Marburg, Vera Clemens began her career at a medium-sized consulting firm. She was appointed as a tax consultant in 2023 and has been with dhpg since 2024.
