Susanne Schumacher is a tax consultant and specialist consultant for international tax law at dhpg. Her main areas of expertise include international tax issues such as exit taxation, avoidance of double taxation and add-on taxation. She also advises clients on all tax and social security issues related to the global deployment of employees abroad and business premises risks. Another focus of her work is international inheritance tax.
Susanne Schumacher studied economics at the University of Cologne, where she obtained her Master of Science in 2013. In 2014, she obtained an LL.M. in business and tax law from the University of Bochum. After several positions at various law firms, she joined dhpg in 2023. She was appointed as a tax consultant in 2017 and as a specialist consultant for International tax law in 2023.
