Rainer Schmidt is an certified public accountant and tax advisor at dhpg. He is active in the auditing of medium-sized companies in a wide range of sectors and legal forms. In the field of financial statement audits, he carries out, among other things, report reviews and quality assurance measures. He also advises companies on complex commercial law issues. In the social economy sector, he supports clients in inpatient and outpatient care for the elderly as well as child and youth welfare.  

Rainer Schmidt studied business administration at the University of Osnabrück and graduated in 2006 with a degree in business administration. Before joining dhpg, he worked for an auditing company and a cooperative association. He was appointed tax consultant in 2010 and auditor in 2012 and has been working at the Bremen office since 2019.
