Rainer Merzbach is a tax consultant at dhpg. He mainly advises medium-sized companies as well as agricultural and forestry businesses on all business management and tax issues - in phases of growth, restructuring or succession.
As an industry expert, Rainer Merzbach assists the above-mentioned companies in financing and investment consulting as well as in liquidity, tax and asset planning. In 2007, Rainer Merzbach was appointed Agricultural Accountant. In addition, as a Human Resources Manager, he advises his clients on all aspects of human resources management.
Rainer Merzbach studied business administration at the Rheinische Fachhochschule Cologne. He has worked for dhpg since 1993 and has been a senior partner since 2011.
