Philip Niedermayer is a tax consultant at dhpg. His focus is on tax and business management consulting for companies. He supports them in issues relating to annual financial statements as well as national and international tax law. In addition, he assists his clients with restructuring and the acquisition or sale of companies. Furthermore, Philip Niedermayer supports companies in the areas of digitalization of corporate accounting.
Philip Niedermayer also passes on his knowledge of business management and tax issues as a speaker, for example at the Wiesbaden Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
In addition to his work for dhpg, Philip Niedermayer is involved in the Betriebswirtschaftliche Gesellschaft Wiesbaden e.V. and is a member of the Wirtschaftsjunioren of the Wiesbaden Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
Before joining dhpg in 2013, Philip Niedermayer worked for one of the Big Four companies. He completed his Bachelor of Laws in Accounting and Taxation at the Wiesbaden University of Applied Sciences (now: Wiesbaden Business School). This was followed by a Master of Science in Accounting and Taxation from Mannheim Business School. He has been a senior partner since 2016.
