Nico Müller is a lawyer at dhpg. He advises medium-sized clients comprehensively on IT and data protection law, in particular on the drafting and review of contracts, the implementation of data protection regulations and the support of IT projects. In addition, he supports clients in the implementation of measures to prevent money laundering and in the development and legally compliant design of internal whistleblower systems.
Nico Müller studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, specializing in competition and economics. After his first state examination, he completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Cologne, where he passed his second state examination. He has been with dhpg since 2021.
