Dr. Mariele Dederichs is a lawyer at dhpg. In the specialist area of insolvency administration and restructuring advice, she represents the area of directors' and officers' liability, i.e. the liability of shareholders, managing directors, board members or supervisory board members. In addition to insolvency law, she has many years of professional experience in national and international sales law as well as in transport law.
Before joining dhpg in 2003, Dr. Mariele Dederichs worked for five years as a lawyer for a world market-leading software group with national and international responsibility in the field of copyright law.
The subject of her dissertation "The Methodology of the ECJ" is the legal-theoretical basis of the jurisdiction of the European Court of Justice.
In addition to law, Dr. Mariele Dederichs studied political science as well as constitutional, social and economic history at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn.
