Dr. Lutz Engelsing is a tax consultant at dhpg. He focuses on advising medium-sized companies, freelancers and private individuals on all tax law issues. He has particular expertise in providing tax advice to non-profit organizations (professional associations, foundations, societies, gGmbH).
As the author of a large number of publications, Dr. Lutz Engelsing is involved in the working groups "Foundation Tax Law and Accounting" of the Bundesverband Deutscher Stiftungen e.V. (Association of German Foundations) in Berlin and "Association Taxation" of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Verbandsmanagement e.V. (German Association for Association Management) in Bonn. He is also active in the advisory board of the Bürgerstiftung Bonn.
Before joining dhpg, Dr. Lutz Engelsing was a lecturer at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster, where he completed his doctorate in 2001 after studying business taxation and auditing. He has been a senior partner since 2008.
