Christina Schrey is a lawyer at dhpg. As a specialist lawyer for tax law, she advises medium-sized companies on all issues of commercial, corporate and tax law. Her activities include, in particular, the drafting of contracts under corporate law, the formation and liquidation of companies, advice on the choice of legal form and the restructuring of companies and groups of companies.
Another focus of her work is succession planning for medium-sized entrepreneurs; here Christina Schrey advises on the drafting of contracts and wills under corporate and private law.
After studying law in Cologne and Bonn, Christina Schrey initially worked in a medium-sized law firm. She joined dhpg in 2002.
