Andreas Stamm is an auditor and tax consultant at dhpg. His consulting and auditing activities focus on medium-sized companies and corporate groups in the commercial and service sectors as well as trade. He also advises these companies on accounting in accordance with international standards and on the development of national and international compliance management systems.
His personal approach is to provide holistic advice to family businesses and their owners. As a specialist consultant for corporate succession (DStV e.V.), this applies in particular to his approach in cases of corporate and asset succession, which he accompanies comprehensively from a professional point of view and with a view to the stakeholders involved. He also supports companies in the implementation of sustainability reporting, taking into account ESG criteria.
Andreas Stamm is a speaker and author of various publications. He is also a member of the DIHK Finance and Tax Committee. After studying business administration, he worked for a medium-sized auditing company. In 1995, he joined dhpg. He has been a senior partner since 2004.
