Andreas Kalmus-Gohr is a lawyer and tax advisor at dhpg. His areas of expertise include advising companies and groups of companies on reorganisations projects and M&A transactions, particularly in the context of corporate succession projects. Public hospitals rely on his expertise in non-profit law, as do foundations and non-profit organisations. Thanks to his additional qualification as a Certified Wind Energy Expert, Andreas Kalmus-Gohr has industry expertise in the field of renewable energies. He advises project developers and operators of onshore wind farms and photovoltaic systems, particularly in the area of indirect taxes.

After studying law in Hamburg, Mainz, and Budapest, Andreas Kalmus-Gohr worked for a Next Ten company for 20 years, including twelve years as head of Tax & Legal. He then joined a boutique law firm specializing in renewable energies as a partner. He has been working at the Bremen office since 2022.
