Dr. Andreas Rohde is a lawyer and tax advisor at dhpg. Medium-sized companies value his expertise and solution-oriented advice on corporate and tax law issues in cases of restructuring, acquisition as well as sale or succession. Another focus of his work is commercial and distribution law as well as liability and professional law.
In addition to his work for dhpg, Dr. Andreas Rohde is a sought-after speaker and author of numerous publications. He is an elected member of the plenary assembly of the Bonn/Rhine-Sieg Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the administrative board of the University Society of Bonn and a member of the German-Italian Lawyers' Association. In addition, Dr. Andreas Rohde is appointed to numerous supervisory boards, including the Digital Hub initiative, which aims to actively shape the digital transformation in the region.
After completing his training as a banker, Dr. Andreas Rohde studied law at the University of Passau, where he also completed his doctorate with a thesis on the "Free Movement of Capital in the European Community". He joined dhpg in 1999 and has been a senior partner since 2002.
