Dr. Olaf Lüke is a lawyer at dhpg. He advises medium-sized companies and their shareholders as well as associations and foundations on corporate and tax law issues. He is considered a proven expert in partnership and corporate law. Together with his team, he regularly assists companies in restructuring as well as in national and international M&A transactions.
Dr. Olaf Lüke is the author of numerous publications and a regular speaker. He is a member of the Scientific Association for Corporate Law (VGR).
After completing his training as a banker, Dr. Olaf Lüke studied law at the University of Bielefeld. There he completed his doctorate on the subject of stock option plans. Before joining dhpg in 2006, he worked for a renowned law firm in Bonn for six years. He has been a senior partner since 2009.
