Norman Sadlo is a certified public accountant and tax advisor at dhpg. He primarily advises start-ups and scale-ups as well as their investors, particularly in the venture capital and private equity sectors.
His work focuses on providing specialist tax advice in a business and transaction-related environment, supporting transactions, and designing and optimizing digital client processes.
Norman Sadlo has many years of experience in advising growth-oriented companies and in interdisciplinary collaboration with legal, transaction, and IT advisors.
He studied industrial engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) at the Technical University of Berlin and, before founding the tax consulting boutique SST, worked for a Big Four company and an international commercial law firm, among others.
In 2026, he and his team moved to the Berlin branch of dhpg, where he is a senior partner.
