Petra Eiloff is a tax consultant at dhpg. Her work focuses on strategic and operational tax and business management consulting for both nationally and internationally active, medium-sized companies and non-profit organizations. Her work spectrum also includes support for restructuring, company acquisitions and sales, and succession planning.

Petra Eiloff also deals with all accounting issues arising in connection with the auditing and preparation of annual financial statements. This includes, for example, the development and restructuring of accounting and controlling systems, the preparation of profitability and planning calculations, and the handling of financing issues.

For many years, she has been advising non-profit organizations on non-profit law, for example the operators of social and care institutions as well as welfare organizations and agencies. She advises foundations, associations, gGmbHs and public corporations, in particular (free) churches.

In addition, Petra Eiloff deals with issues relating to grants, budgetary law and public procurement law in the preparation and auditing of reports on the use of funds and annual financial statements in the public sector, as well as with all tax issues of private individuals.

After completing her studies in business administration with a focus on taxation, tax law and auditing at the University of Cologne, Petra Eiloff began working for dhpg in 1992 as a business graduate. She has worked as a tax consultant since 1996 and has been a partner since 2018.
