Björn Pauli is an auditor at dhpg. For more than 15 years, he has been active in responsible positions in the specialist areas of valuation and transaction consulting.
Björn Pauli focuses on the consulting fields (buy side) financial due diligence and sell side assistance (set-up and administration of data rooms, process support and negotiation support) as well as on the valuation of companies and parts of companies as well as intangible assets. In addition, he acts as a court-appointed expert on valuation issues. Purchase price allocations (PPAs) as well as the preparation of planning calculations are also part of his range of activities.
After completing his studies in International Business Studies at the University of Paderborn, he worked for a large auditing firm, most recently as site manager of the corporate finance division. He joined dhpg in 2014 and has been a senior partner since 2018.
