Jochen Johannes Muth is a tax consultant at dhpg. He mainly advises medium-sized companies and non-profit corporations as well as legal entities under public law on all tax issues.
His special focus is on corporate succession as well as non-profit and donation law. His areas of expertise also include tax audits, tax court litigation and criminal and administrative fine proceedings.
Before joining dhpg in 2000, Jochen Johannes Muth was employed by the tax authorities, among other things as a tax auditor and main auditor at tax assessment offices in Cologne.
