Dr. Elke Mayer is a lawyer at dhpg. Her professional focus is on corporate and tax law with and without cross-border implications. She advises clients on issues relating to the acquisition or sale of companies as well as restructuring. On an international level, she advises companies on the drafting of contracts and on the consideration of international regulations when setting up companies.
Dr. Elke Mayer completed her law studies at the University of Mainz, where she received her doctorate in tax law. Before joining dhpg in 2014, she worked in the field of national and international tax law as well as banking and finance law at a renowned, international commercial law firm in Frankfurt. Dr. Elke Mayer is a member of Wirtschaftsjunioren Bonn/Rhein-Sieg e.V..
