Data protection notice on communication measures

This data protection notice applies to data processing in connection with all communications measures of dhpg Wirtschaftsprüfer Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater GmbH & Co. KG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Berufsausübungsgesellschaft and dhpg IT-Services GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Marie-Kahle-Allee 2, 53113 Bonn (hereinafter referred to as: dhpg).


What are the purposes of data processing?

Information on you is needed to register for and participate in events and to receive information on the topics of auditing, legal and tax advice and current case law of dhpg (the legal basis for this is provided by Art. 6 (1) (1) (f) of the GDPR). In order to be able to send you this information by e-mail, we need your consent (the legal basis for this is provided by Art. 6 (1) (1) (a) of the GDPR).


Will personal data be disclosed to third parties?

We use external service providers to process data. These support us in carrying out all communications measures (e.g. in the operation of the website and in sending out invitations and newsletters). These service providers only process data in accordance with the instructions and under the control of dhpg and solely for the purposes described in this data protection notice.


How long is the personal data stored?

We store data for as long as you would like to receive information and invitations to events or we would like to remain in contact with you.


Do you have a right to information, correction, deletion and objection?

You can request information on the data stored on you and have a right to receive a copy of your data. In legitimate cases, you may also request deletion or correction of your data or restriction of the processing of your data. You can revoke your consent to receive e-mails at any and all times with effect into the future.

You can object to the processing of your data for communication purposes at any and all times. To exercise these rights, you can contact dhpg (info@dhpg.de). In addition, you can contact our company Data Protection Officer René Manz (datenschutz@dhpg.de) as well as the North Rhine-Westphalia Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information in the capacity of the supervisory authority in charge.
