Birgit Bösinghaus is a tax consultant at dhpg. She advises small and medium-sized companies on all issues of corporate and balance sheet tax law. As a specialist consultant for corporate restructuring (IFU/ISM gGmbH), she also focuses on tax issues in the context of restructuring. In addition, she advises legal entities under public law on both income and turnover tax matters.
After studying business administration at the University of Cologne and graduating with a degree in business administration, Birgit Bösinghaus began her professional career as a tax and audit assistant at dhpg in 2006. She was appointed as a tax consultant in 2009. Since 2023 she has been a partner.
