dhpg advised the shareholders of LOUVRETTE GmbH design x packaging on the sale of their company to Quadpack Industries S.A. The dhpg advisors supported its client in preparing and administrating the data room as well as in drafting of legal documents. As a part of the agreed purchase price was paid in form of shares in Quadpack Industries S.A., additional analyses of the buyer company were carried out in close cooperation with the Spanish Nexia partner Audalia Nexia. The takeover took place at the beginning of August 2019. The terms of the transaction are undisclosed.
LOUVRETTE GmbH design x packaging, based in Kierspe (Westphalia), has focused on developing and producing high-quality plastic packaging solutions for the cosmetics and beauty industry. The company has envolved into one of the leading European suppliers in its segment. The buyer, Quadpack Industries S.A., based in Barcelona, is active in the production and distribution of cosmetic packaging. In addition to Spain, the company is represented in several European countries as well as in the USA and the Asia-Pacific region.
Since 2002 dhpg has been providing tax and auditing services to LOUVRETTE GmbH design x packaging.
