Bonn/Dortmund, 20 January 2021 - The auditing and consulting firm dhpg and TMC Turnaround Management Consult are now working closely together in the restructuring of companies. The aim is to pool special skills and competences and jointly reorganise medium-sized companies that are in trouble and wrestling with crises shaking their financial stability and profitability. In this context, dhpg has acquired a stake in the Dortmund-based company specialised in restructuring. By networking available know-how, a potent 50-strong team of consultants is being forged.

The German Act on the Stabilisation and Restructuring Framework for Businesses (StaRUG) has been in force since 1 January 2021.
