Valentin Bogner is a lawyer at dhpg. His main focus is on corporate law consulting to medium-sized companies and their shareholders, but he also advises associations. He also advises clients on commercial and distribution law and the drafting of contracts.
Valentin Bogner studied law at the University of Trier and the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn. A study abroad with a focus on commercial and corporate law led him to the University of Paris-South. After his studies, Valentin Bogner started his professional career as a research assistant in a renowned law firm in Bonn and completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Cologne, among others at the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth as well as at the Franco-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Paris. In 2022, he was admitted to the bar and subsequently joined dhpg. He is a member of the Deutscher Juristentag e.V. association and the Bonner AnwaltVerein e.V. association.
