Christine Schierge is a process manager within dhpg's IT Services division. In this role, she supports companies in the implementation of digitization projects and digital transformation. One particular focus of her work is the standardization and optimization of processes. Her areas of expertise include holistic process analysis and structured process documentation. She defines and reviews process metrics and supports the establishment and documentation of internal control systems. She advises companies on the introduction of laws, standards and frameworks.
Christine Schierge has many years of professional experience in the field of process optimization. After completing training as an expert in continuous improvement processes and lean management in 2011, she led various workshops and projects and supported companies in the selection and introduction of a new ERP system. In addition, she led workshops for managers and is active as a speaker in the aforementioned areas. She has been with dhpg since 2021.
