Christine Frosch is a lawyer at dhpg. Her main focus is on insolvency administration and restructuring advice. Courts regularly appoint her as an expert, insolvency administrator, trustee and administrator in self-administration proceedings.
As a particularly important field, Christine Frosch focuses on the restructuring and continuation of the companies concerned. In addition to her work for dhpg, she holds a lectureship on insolvency avoidance law at Trier University of Applied Sciences, has been a member of the Insolvency Law Committee of the German Federal Bar (BRAK) in the Association of Insolvency Administrators in Germany (VID) and in the Working Group for Insolvency Law Cologne (Arbeitskreis für Insolvenzwesen Köln e.V.) since 2012. She is a board member of Forum Insolvenzrecht Trier e.V. and of the Legal Study Society Trier e.V..
Christine Frosch studied law at the Universities of Saarbrücken and Trier. Subsequently, she was a research assistant at the University of Trier at the Chair of Civil Law and Modern European Legal History. Christine Frosch worked for more than 15 years in her own law firm in insolvency and reorganization law. She has been a partner since 2013.
