Benedikt Radine is a lawyer at dhpg. He focuses on advising medium-sized companies on issues of commercial and corporate law. In addition, he has particular expertise in litigation and the drafting of contracts. His focus is on the drafting of general terms and conditions and other contracts in the trade of goods.
Benedikt Radine studied law at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster. He also completed additional studies in French law and French legal terminology there. After completing his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Hamm, Benedikt Radine worked as a lawyer for a medium-sized law firm and then for a cooperative auditing association. He joined dhpg in 2021.
