Alexandra Hecht is a lawyer at dhpg. A specialist in labor law, she advises medium-sized, commercial companies as well as agricultural and forestry enterprises on all matters of individual and collective labor law. In the event of a conflict, she also takes on the representation of interests nationwide.
Her activities include in particular the drafting of contracts under employment law as well as representation in proceedings for protection against dismissal and other labor court proceedings. Another focus is on social security law, where Alexandra Hecht advises on status determination procedures and delimitation issues between self-employment and dependent employment. In addition, she advises employers on issues relating to the modern world of work as well as on all issues in the area of employee data protection.
After studying law at the University of Marburg and completing her legal traineeship, Alexandra Hecht initially worked in the HR department of Nokia Siemens Network Services. She joined dhpg in 2013. Since 2023 she has been a partner.
